It is with sincere regret that I announce the resignation of Captain Kelli Winterstein, Commanding Officer of the USS T’HY’LA.

Captain Winterstein has been one of the most dedicated and effective leaders our worldwide virtual fleet has ever known. Serving as a Chapter Commander is never an easy task—but leading a chapter whose members span the globe presents even greater challenges. Captain Winterstein met those challenges with grace, skill, and unwavering commitment. Her leadership, compassion, and professionalism have left a lasting mark on The Federation and the T’HY’LA crew.

On behalf of all of us, I extend heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Captain Kelli Winterstein for her years of exemplary service. We wish her continued success and happiness in all of her future fandom adventures.
