Attention All Current Members,
You will NOT be able to login to your Email Address, unless you are a Commanding Officer of a Chapter at this time. If you are and unable to login, please contact memberservices@trekfederation.com (If unable to Please post here.)
We want to inform you of an important change regarding our organizational email system. Microsoft has recently discontinued free email services for not‑for‑profit organizations. Unfortunately, this means that most members who currently use an Officer Plus or Lifetime membership email account will lose access to the Office 365 platform.
If you have your own personally purchased Microsoft license, your access may continue; however, for all others, access to our Microsoft-based email system will end within the next 30 to 60 days. The exact timing is still being clarified.
Please rest assured—this is not the end of your email access with us.
Our IT team and key Council members are actively implementing an alternative solution.
Additionally our .com domain extension is getting transitioned over to .org (Example: trekfederation.com to trekfederation.org)
What’s Next?
Based on your feedback and in response to Microsoft’s changes, we will be transitioning back to the Google Workspace (Gmail) email system. Many of you have expressed a preference for Google’s platform, and we are pleased to return to a system that better meets both member needs and organizational stability.
Action Required
To prepare for this transition, we ask all members to:
Download and save any files stored in your Microsoft OneDrive or Office 365 accounts.
Archive or forward any important emails you wish to keep from your current inbox.
Our migration to Gmail will take some time, and we will provide detailed instructions—including how to log in to your new account—as soon as they are available.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to ensure a smooth and efficient transition. Please know that we are aware if you attempt to login and you get an error message, this is because all the accounts based on the Free NPO E1 license has been terminated. We apologize at this time as we were not aware this is going into effect as quickly as it did.
