Possible website issue
So when viewing the website there is a "Channel Open" button overlay in the lower right that opens the live chat. This is great except when trying to update your notification settings. When the side panel on the right opens to adjust the settings, the overlayed button appears directly over the "save" button. You can not effectively click on it no matter how you try to scale the browser window thus making it impossible to save new settings.
